Each camper will receive individual instruction and skill development through a variety of position specific drills as well as some general conditioning throughout the afternoon.

3:30-3:45- Fundy 1
3:45-3:55- Water
3:55-4:10-Fundy 2
4:10-4:20-Water
4:20-4:35-Fundy 3
4:35-4:45-Water
4:45-4:55-Fundy 4 (7v7 Install)
4:55-5:05-Water
5:05-5:25- 1v1 (Midfield to South Endzone)
5:25-5:30-Water
